I have not long got home from a short break in Lyme Regis with Mark Garratt and Loki Garratt. 
The weather has been superb and today I met up with four ladies who I have become friends with on a Facebook site. We’d never met or spoken before today and yet we were so comfortable and sat ease with one another that you’d think we known each other for years. With me in my new profile picture is Joy Wood who along with the other ladies ha d kept me uplifted this passed year. All of them have amazing stories. 

So Mark Loki and I spent a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon in their company in a quintessential British way, drinking champagne in AC beach hut. 
It was very hot but Loki stayed in the shade. We paddled, ate fresh caught crab baguettes and drank tea! 
All in all a thoroughly enjoyable break which helped ease the pain of losing my boy Leo
