Carol Garratt shared a memory. 12 November 2018 · Can’t believe that a year ago I did this not knowing what was to come! This was my last ‘proper’ run before it all turned into my worst nightmare. Bloody awful picture because I was hating this so much and I had vowed never to do it again, didn’t think my reason would quite so extreme. Well I’m still here, not running still but it won’t stop being a goal! Thanks to all my running buddies who keep me inspired especially Louise Hatfield-Pike who was going through injury at the time and has come out the other side and about to run the Big Half half marathon for Pancreatic Cancer research.
